By requesting the delivery services for my African Collection purchase, I accept the following terms and conditions:
African Collection will pack the parcel taking into account the specific characteristics of each product.
African Collection will provide me with a tracking number for my delivery as soon as the parcel is shipped. Parcels can be traced via the South African Post Office Web site at www.sapo.co.za
African Collection will not be liable for any potential loss, damage or any other potential decrease in value of the parcel caused during transport.
Any complaints, claims, insurance proceedings and/or any other form of request for compensation must be addressed solely to the parcel delivery company.
Parcels are generally dispatched within 2 days after your payment reception, and travel by South African Post Office AIRMAIL with a follow-up and a hand-in without signature. As soon as the dispatch is done, we will provide you with a tracking number which will enable you to follow online your parcel at www.sapo.co.za Parcels generally take between two and three weeks depending on country of destination.
Shipping fees contain a contribution to handling and packing fees and also postage prices. They contain a fix part and a variable one because of the ordered item's weight. We advise you to group your items in one order. We can't group two distinct orders, and shipping fees will be counted for each of them. Your parcel will be dispatched at your own risk, but a maximum care is used to protect fragile objects. Boxes are over proportioned, calculated and protected.
Insurance with the South African Post Office will be given by default to all allowing countries and to the maximum allowed amount. Please enquire if you need more details about insurance policies, if your country falls under this category, etc.
Due to the condition of unique individual pieces we won't accept any returns. If you require more information about your purchase, more detailed pictures, etc, please do not hesitate to ask.
